Casa Vieja Brewery is committed to making small batches of quality, craft beer. We have a 4 bbl/190 gallon system at our Corrales location and make hefeweizen, red ale, brown ale, sours, lager, IPA and stouts on site. Our drink menu offerings change seasonally and are based on availability. We are a NM Licensed small brewer. We donate all of the spent grain from the brewing process to farms in Corrales as part of our continued effort to support local biz and help protect the environment.
Meet our Head Brewer, William Robertson
My favorite beer style is German lagers and pilsners. I believe a path forward in the Craft Beer industry is to look back at what has already been done with a deep respect and a progressive mind to move forward to what is tomorrow.
I started my brewing career as a assistant brewer right here at Casa Vieja and am looking forward to keeping the tradition alive for the brewers that were here before me.
Cheers!
